Effective 2025. SenLaw (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates a legal support club for seniors and their families, offering regular explanations, webinars and accessible consultations. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our site and enrolling in our offerings, you agree to these terms. This document governs use of our webinars, consultations, information products and physical goods.

2. Services

Our services include live group sessions, one-on-one consultations and online presentations focused on legal support for seniors. You may reschedule a booked session by notifying us at least 48 hours prior. If you cancel later, the session fee is nonrefundable due to resource planning, but you may apply the credit toward another session within six months.

3. Information Products

We offer digital guides, recorded seminars and educational packets. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded or accessed more than 20% of the content. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. After 14 days, we do not issue refunds for digital materials.

4. Goods

Our shop provides printed manuals and resource kits. If an item arrives defective, contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund. Approved returns must be shipped to our office address. Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receipt and quality check. Customized items are nonreturnable unless damaged.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled as follows:

5.1 Services

Requests received at least 48 hours before an event qualify for a full refund. Late cancellations are not refundable but may be transferred to another session scheduled within six months.

5.2 Information Products

Full refunds for undownloaded materials requested within 14 days. No refunds thereafter. Processing time is up to 10 business days.

5.3 Goods

Approved returns for defective items within 30 days. Refunds issued within 7 business days after receipt. Nondefective or customized items are nonrefundable.

6. Modifications

We may change these terms in 2025. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
